Training time is sacred and the last thing any player or coach needs is a photographer getting in the way of it. In an environment where time is tight and trust takes longer to build than a 60-minute session, I stayed out of the flow while staying fully in tune with it. First deliverables were ready before the session had even cooled down. I'm not just someone who shows up with a camera. I'm a people person first and that makes all the difference when the access you get depends on how comfortable people feel around you.
